New Broag Remeha high-efficiency boilers were installed complete with a bespoke flue system and the installation of a liner into the existing external brick stack chimney.
The local pipework was replaced/modified as required and the system converted to mains pressure / sealed operation, system pumps were replaced with new variable speed units to further improve system reliability and efficiency.
The electrical services within the plant room were replaced and a new control system installed with energy-efficient software strategies and facility for remote monitoring and adjustment of settings. Upon completion of the works, the system was fully tested and commissioned and the pipework insulated with a durable aluminium-clad finish
