Refurbishment of two large plant rooms with Lord Combustion Services acting as main contractor. Installation of new boiler plant, variable speed circulation pumps and DHW plate heat exchangers.

All pipework within the plant room was replaced, the electrical and controls wiring was completely rewired and new control panels were installed.

All works were completed with the heating and hot water services maintained throughout the duration of the works utilising temporary boiler plants.
